As a new student in Cardiff you want to make the most of your time and your money, so here is where it all starts. We are an active club offering you an excellent social life and some outstanding windsurfing sessions. The club caters for all abilities, with around 150 members, 75% of which are beginners, so for those of you who have never sailed before - you are not alone. It is a great opportunity to try out the sport at minimal cost. We have RYA qualified windsurfing instructors to help you get to grips with this ultimate sport.

For those who are more advanced, it is an opportunity to get out there and sail with fellow students both competitively and for fun! We are doing very well for equipment, with a large trailer that holds all the gear and enables us to transport it all over the country. Our weekly trips to Cosmeston Lake, Cardiff Bay and getaways at weekends to local beaches are ideal for all levels.
